Relax into Life

Nothing could be more relevent or important to leading a fulfilling, happy life. The writing style is user-friendly, accessible, and engaging. Relax - that is the key

I have read this new book a couple of times and will read it again! I love its emphasis on "being" rather than "doing", which is the essence of our whole lives, not just the love-making part, and that is the point of the book. It is a fun and easy read - no fluff, just a concise, thoughtful, and fun narrative, with a reminder that love-making is a joyful journey, not a destination.
