Great Reference (A Little Small)

Be forewarned if you don't have the best vision, this is not for you, the print is not super tiny, but it is not for people with strained vision.
It is great to have hanging around the gym so I can help explain to people (without pointing to it on my own body, or theirs) what muscles I am trying to train and furthermore, why training these muscles will help them reach their goals.
It's also helpful for memorizing.

Too small

I am not so good at reading "fine print" and ordered this thinking it was at least page size. Well it's an index card and I need a magnified glass to read it! But it's a great pocket tool for quick references.

sloppy printing

The font and the images are rather blurry. I purchased this as a review tool for Final Exams in undergrad Anatomy & Physiology. The font and the drawings are not much clearer than the image you can see on this page. Don't bother with this card.
